What’s Changing In Your Activity?

Outside !!!
Pedaling up real hills,
I’m slow and puffing.
Definitely harder than stationary bike simulation!

Relearning, regaining,
That’s my start of a bike season.

Maybe that’s the way,
Of any kind of new season.

Time for patience,
Personal kindness,
As we re-stretch, gain strength,
Sometimes relearn
What has been set aside for
Season, or years.

Encouraging to know that
We can pick “it” up again.
Whatever the “it”.
Maybe a different level.
And we can still reach farther,
Live fully.
“Stretch for ways to keep life in our days”.

These few days of tantalizing early Spring,
Bring us outside.
More winter will come,
Still the “spring-zest” has shown up.
Another chance to “stretch”.

Hugs to you,
Lin
