Another ride day on Root River Trail,
Pedaled thirty-one miles together.
Longest this year!
Suddenly, (it seems sudden,)
Spring has “sprung.”
Speaking gig and bike rides…
…Reminded me that
Literally “changing pace” can let us
Climb the stairs, bike the miles,
Live doing what we love.
Today Bob and I rode twenty miles on the Gitchi-Gami State Trail.
Paved and off road, Views of Lake Superior, through forest, It is wonderful.
Blooming flowers, tiny green leaves, little goslings.
Spring is here!
That means biking outside,
Wonderful.
