A great joy for me comes from biking.
Though it’s not to everyone’s liking.
Do what is your “Fun,”
You’ll feel like you “Won.”
Brings joy to your life that’s quite striking.
When change comes about and I feel sad,
My boat rocks and things seem to go bad.
And rather than miffed,
Could I find some gift
To name as “Appreciate-launch-pad?”
Commitment is often a hurdle,
Constraining, so much like a girdle.
See how you can fit,
Just one little bit,
To move you; remember a turtle.
So many years now long behind her,
She seeks an apt birthday reminder.
“View what you may see
“As best it can be.”
Who knows what adventures may find her!
When I’ve been away for a long time,
Effective reentry paradigm?
“Reach out and connect.”
Then what I expect—
Connecting returns me to “up-time.”
When things seem too hard, and I’m bogging,
I feel I’m not moving; I’m slogging.
Notice this minute.
Just try to win it;
Hooray for each step that I’m logging
When you take in what you are viewing
You may find your thoughts have been skewing
The picture that’s true.
Now it’s time for you
To change; it’s time for renewing!
Bus shape – I have learned to scrutinize.,
Sort out from trucks with some merchandise.
Now I do not wave.
My waving I save.
Wait for a bus that I recognize!
Setting up the first ride? Chaotic!
My drama seemed rather neurotic.
Once check points were met,
And I ceased to fret,
Such fun! Almost being hypnotic.
When you need some help for proceeding,
When what turns up next is exceeding,
Just what you can do,
It is time that you,
Request what’s required for succeeding.
When you’re in your life as the Player,
Participant bold, not naysayer;
Do look out for you,
Do what you need to,
By on-ing or off-ing some layer.
The care that you take for the fitting
Of clothing in which you’ll be sitting,
May take you some time.
So, find what is fine,
Then you can keep riding, not quitting.
